To help the Lavazza Pro sales force in the field, Espresso Service Proximité equipped the team with a new innovative mobile application for iPad. This app includes a digital version of the Lavazza catalog, forms to take orders, and an augmented reality tool to visualize the coffee machines on-site.

Pointing the iPad camera toward a marker on the floor, sales can showcase to their consumers coffee machines in their office. Using the “compare” feature, they can display several machines at the same time on the screen and choose the most adapted for their environment. It is really simple and helps the consumer choosing with confidence to buy immediately.
